Zlahtina is een authentieke inheemse soort van de Kroatische kust en het eiland Krk. De naam komt van het slavische "Zlahten" ofwel nobel.
Zachte en subtiele smaak van limoen, andere citrus vruchten, appel en peer. Zacht en rond van textuur. Een lichte frisse en makkelijk te drinken wijn. Een populaire tafelwijn. Heerlijk bij zeevruchten en vis.
